Bryce Houston - From a Buyer's perspective

I am unaware of Bryce's market knowledge or negotiation skill sets, as I purchased the property at auction with minimum interaction. I wanted to put N/A, but that was not an option, so I put a half star, and the rating should have NO REFLECTION. In the communications area, Bryce, followed me up prior to the auction. He also fulfilled my requests after the auction. On the development side, I was a little disappointed that he did not come back to me with a definite NO, that he was not going to take my offer prior to the auction - it was a conclusion I came to. On the credibility aspect, from the minimum dealings that I have had, I have no issues at all.
