Troy began his real estate career as a cadet in Aspendale before joining brother Brent Pullar in their home town of Frankston in 1998. His career flourished exceeding all expectations and Troy achieved the honour of opening an office as Branch Manager in Mt Eliza later that year. It was from this time that the juggernaut of MPRE began in 1999. Easy Process and Outstanding Service

Bryce and Leanne were a great team and knew exactly how to support us in our sale. We originally purchased off Bryce 8 years ago so there was no doubt we knew we were going to sell with him too when the time came. Bryce knows the ever changing market and made the process very smooth with great communication throughout the whole sale process which helped us know it was in great hands and could achieve what we were wanting. Thanks for all the help and effort put in!!! Would highly recommended to everyone

Bryce was friendly and answered questions about the property but also told me if he didn’t have the information on hand. He was never pushy or forceful and allowed me time to consider my offers. Overall Bryce made purchasing a new property a stress free experience!

Very Professional

On first meeting with Troy he was very caring as this was the sale of my dad’s house who had passed. Before the sale he gave us lots of options and advice. During the sale Troy always gave quick and honest feedback. He was very accommodating to any changes we wanted to make. I would highly recommend Troy for any sale in the future. Wouldn’t sell my house with anyone else!

Known Bryce for 6 years and he is extremely hard working! I knew he was the right person to sell my house and he got us $35k over reserve on the day of auction. It was a very smooth process and 10/10 experience from Harcourts.
