About Troy

Troy began his real estate career as a cadet in Aspendale before joining brother Brent Pullar in their home town of Frankston in 1998. His career flourished exceeding all expectations and Troy achieved the honour of opening an office as Branch Manager in Mt Eliza later that year. It was from this time that the juggernaut of MPRE began in 1999. As one of the original team members, Troy opened his Carrum Downs office in 2000, and also progressed through to being one of the company’s top auctioneers. Troy still has a passion with sport and continues to play basketball locally, golf and also Cycling with his recent achievments including cycling from Melbourne to the Gold Coast for the Harcourts Foundation. This was a ride over 2 weeks covering 1800km and raising close to $73,000 for Cystic Fibrosis Victoria and also the flood relief in Queensland. A highly dependable operator!

Right from the outset, Karen was completely immersed in all aspects of this property sale. It was refreshing to have an agent who provided regular and useful updates throughout the whole selling process. Professional, Honest and Approachable

Troy was an excellent agent who demonstrated the upmost professionalism by providing regular and honest updates on the current market, comparison of unit prices in the area and the feedback received on inspections. This was critical for us due to the release of the Federal Budget during our selling campaign, which required us to make minor amendments to the selling strategy. Troy was extremely approachable and I thank him for his time and effort in selling our property. I recommend anyone selling to consider Troy and Harcourts Carrum Downs as their Real Estate Agency.

Excellent experience buying our frankston investment property

A big thank you to Troy for helping us secure our new investment property in Frankston. From the first inspection through to the contract process, Troy was professional, responsive and easy to work with. As this property is intended as an investment, we were keen to start preparing for tenancy as early as possible. Troy was extremely helpful in discussing our request with the owner and successfully negotiating access for prospective tenants to inspect the property 14 days prior to settlement. We really appreciated his proactive approach and willingness to assist beyond the standard buying process. Troy was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the transaction, and communicated openly and honestly at every stage. Having him made the entire experience smooth and stress free for us. We are grateful for Troy's support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Frankston area. I met Jonathan briefly at the time of inspection and found him very responsive and professional too. Thank you again Troy and Jonathan for all your help.
