About Troy

Troy began his real estate career as a cadet in Aspendale before joining brother Brent Pullar in their home town of Frankston in 1998. His career flourished exceeding all expectations and Troy achieved the honour of opening an office as Branch Manager in Mt Eliza later that year. It was from this time that the juggernaut of MPRE began in 1999. As one of the original team members, Troy opened his Carrum Downs office in 2000, and also progressed through to being one of the company’s top auctioneers. This was a ride over 2 weeks covering 1800km and raising close to $73,000 for Cystic Fibrosis Victoria and also the flood relief in Queensland. Knowledgeable, professional and great results

Troy explained the process, set expectations for disappointment, recommended what preparation we would need to invest in to sell, came up with a plan and executed. We paid for garden, painting and furniture staging which lifted the property from drab to fab. On the market just 2 days before our expectations were exceeded. 30 days later and the process is over with the proceeds banked. Thanks Troy and your team

Outstanding service! Sold after one inspection with multiple offers

Bryce Houston and the team at Harcourts TDP Group did an excellent job selling our property in Carrum Downs. From the start Bryce gave clear, practical advice on how to prepare and stage the house, which we followed ourselves. When we were putting the listing together the Leanne was happy to go back and forth fine-tuning the details and technical aspects until we were completely happy with it. We needed only one open inspection and had 13 groups through. That same night we received three offers, and within 24 hours we had a signed contract. The whole process was handled with complete transparency. Bryce kept us informed at every step, gave solid advice throughout, and even negotiated with the purchasers over the weekend, including on Sunday, which was well above and beyond. Given that we had already purchased another property and needed a quick, clean sale, the speed and professionalism were exactly what we needed. We ended up achieving a price above what we had initially expected, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
