We had the pleasure of dealing with Karen Finch when buying our first home & what a breath of fresh air she is. Karen may have been ‘working for’ the vendor but she was certainly a massive help to us throughout the whole purchasing process. Unfortunately, there were a lot of roadblocks & difficulties when purchasing our house but Karen was always willing to assist us with any queries or concerns we had & made the overall process as easy as possible. We also received a beautiful gift from Karen upon picking up our keys on settlement day which was a lovely touch.
