A Hard Decision

To whom it concerns, My wife and l recently decided to sell our townhouse in Carrum Downs, a very hard decision as we had only recently renovated the place. We spoke to several real estate agents but eventually decided to go with Aaron LaCombre from Harcourts Carrum Downs; there were several reasons for this. When we were looking to buy in the area a few years before Aaron came across as the most interested in our needs without being pushy or overbearing and eventually got us the place that we were after; over the next few years we would often see Aaron around and he’d stop for a chat. A few times he dropped in at home to see how we were going and to give us advice on what renovations and color schemes we should consider. When it was time to sell Aaron arranged everything and in short order had the place on the market and despite the downturn in the market got us a price well above what similar age and size townhouses were getting in the area. The other nice gesture from him was that as we need to rent a place for a short time but don’t have any rental history to provide as a reference to a prospective landlord Aaron has offered to vouch for us. Would l buy or sell with him again? Absolutely; and if we move to another area that he doesn’t cover l would ask his advice on finding another agent. I don’t think any buyers or sellers will find a better agent to deal with when they make the decision to move into the area. Regards David Pickford.
