Harcourts The Property People was first known as Robert R Andrew Real Estate Campbelltown. This office was purchased in 1996 with just a receptionist and a sales person. In three short years this office grew to become one of the best in the Macarthur. Garth and Laura Makowski are the current owners of Harcourts The Property People, and were also critical team members back at the beginning. In 2001, Garth and Laura were asked to become business partners. Garth became manager of the Sales and Training portfolios, and Laura the manager of Property Management and Administration. This proved to be effective, further increasing sales and managed properties. In May 2004, Robert R Andrew Real Estate Campbelltown joined the already established Dougmal Real Estate Group. Later, Garth, Laura and their business partner, Chris Stephandellis, purchased the Dougmal Franchise Group of 13 offices, and then increased the amount of offices into Sydney. In 2008, they negotiated a partnership with Harcourts International. This joint partnership gave the Dougmal group access to better technology and resources, with the aim of being more competitive in the market place. Then in 2010, Garth and Laura purchased the remaining share of Harcourts The Property People from their business partner, to gain sole ownership of the office. Today, Harcourts The Property People continues to be the best in the Macarthur region, with over 16 Sales and 12 Property Management professionals serving the real estate needs of the local Macarthur community. Harcourts The Property People specialises in Residential Sales, Project Marketing and Sales, and Residential Property Management. The office is multi-award winning! Harcourts The Property People is always in the top three in NSW for the major awards in both Sales and Property Management. The Property People has also received recognition both nationally and internationally for its real estate service and results.

Top shelf agent
