On point and Comprehensive

This review is done after settlement has occurred so this is, without a doubt, a completed review. We sold an investment property in Campbelltown, one that we bought through and had managed by Harcourts, as well. Four weeks was all it took from the initial enquiry to the completion of the sale. Anthony came to our house after-hours which was great as we both worked full-time. The options, fees, and everything important were explained thoroughly in a manner a lay person understands. Throughout the process, communication was up-to-date. It wasn't inundating and I am not a fan of unecessary communication so what I received from them was enough. Advertising and photos were done well and efficiently - again, a no nonsense approach. The Timed Sale option worked very, very well for the property and we got more than what we were prepared to accept. Sale was closed as soon as the Timed Sale was finished. 6 weeks later the settlement has occurred and we have received all the monies due - again very efficient, no fluffs, no dramas. A gift hamper was a nice touch and Lencia was very kind to deliver it herself. All in all, we would very much recommend Harcourts The Property People Campbelltown if you were looking to buy, sell or rent properties in the Campbelltown/MacArthur area, 100%.
