Market experience was spot on,regularly updated after opens or any Enquiries, Jodi was exceptional .

Worked really hard in a market that is rapidly changing in Tassie, definitely thought outside the box, chased down and negotiated offers that other agents wouldn’t have bothered with. What was really important to us was Jodi made it happen, separated the land from the house, although they were on separate titles she dealt with multiple offers and simplified complex negotiations between purchasers, council and vendors. We have sold in the Tassie market before and Jodi & The team performed well above what others have previously delivered. The Tassie market is very fluid right now, would we sell through them again, they made it happen.They Understood The Penguin area, l did get three appraisals from other agents at the start, Jodi was by far willing to explain how she reached her appraisal, also how it related to our house in the beach side area, one agent basically said to us your wrong , and we would have lost 200,000 thousand had we gone with him.
