Harcourts in Ulverstone, on the North West Coast of Tasmania, was first established as Bloomfield Realty in 1988 to service the Central Coast Municipality which includes the township of Ulverstone and all surrounding townships and areas. Harcourts Ulverstone specialises in all aspects of Residential Real Estate Practice and we are supported by a State Office plus the strength of 25 Residential Agencies throughout Tasmania as well as the support and diversity of our Rural & Commercial Partners; Landmark Harcourts and NAI Harcourts in Launceston. Harcourts is also a leading brand throughout Australia & New Zealand and many other countries worldwide. The scope of this network allows us to offer our clients a referral service to a Harcourts Office in many other areas of Australia and beyond if required. The Central Coast Municipality is home to a population of around 23,000 people and Ulverstone and Penguin are centrally located between the regional cities of Devonport and Burnie. Exceptional Service from Start to Settlement
