Professional and good communication throughout

Jodi met us for our first inspection and very capably showed and explained the property features. We were reassured by Jodi's response to questions about the local market. At the subsequent open home Jodi clearly explained next steps then followed up several times during the pre-contract period. Jodi communicated the position on behalf of her vendor succinctly during the days that followed.

Very professional and prompt with any queries I had. Very helpful giving help with the sale process.

I found Kurt and his team to be great with information about the market, what I needed to put in place for the sale, recommendations for various services and easy to communicate with, always responding quickly. Whilst it shouldn’t matter to me, I was very happy that the buyers were young first home owners, who I know will love the place as much as I did, and I got the impression that it gave the agents the same warm fuzzy feeling to sell the home to first timers. It seemed like more than just a business transaction and I liked this personal touch. I would definitely recommend Kurt and Liv to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
