We cannot rate Wendy Pointon's abilities, because we never actually met her to discuss anything which would relate to the above questionnaire. Tasmania is a difficult place to have a close association with an agent unless you live in the state. Wendy was very persistent and seems to have shown many potential buyers through the property. Now that she has been successful we would recommend her and wish her well.
