Grateful for Wendy & Leah's Support Despite the Delays

As first home buyers, this has been one of the biggest milestones in our lives, and while we are incredibly excited to finally have a place to call our own, the overall journey has been much more challenging than we expected. From the very beginning, Wendy has been nothing short of wonderful. She has always been kind, approachable, patient and genuinely caring. No matter how many questions we had, she was always happy to help, kept us informed where she could, and made us feel supported throughout the process. We truly believe she has done everything within her control, and we are so grateful for the professionalism and compassion she has shown us. Unfortunately, our disappointment lies with the overall purchasing experience rather than with her personally. The repeated delays, particularly around the titles not being completed when initially promised, have been incredibly frustrating. As first home buyers, we've experienced a lot of uncertainty, changing timelines and unmet expectations, which has taken away some of the excitement that should come with buying our first home. Despite these challenges, we can't thank Wendy and Leah enough for the way they have looked after us. They have been consistently informative and empathetic, and we always felt she genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and caring sales consultant. We only wish the overall development and titles process had reflected the same level of professionalism and communication that she provided every step of the way.
