Excellent & Engaging Agent In a busy market
David unlike other agents we have dealt with recently took the time to follow up negotiate well with us to eventually sell us a house. We have seen laziness & complacency in other agents in recent times as the market conditions can make this easy for them to do and still get decent results. The way David still goes the extra mile in a market he doesn't really need to will ensure not just good results for his employer but award winning results.

Simone and I came to the decision it was time to sell our home, looking at the market we weren't sure it was worth it and weren't sure we would have the time to do so, we had multiple agents come through and give us appraisals, When David from Harcourts Blacktown came through we knew straight away this is the Agent we want. As first time sellers we didn't know what we needed to do. David did everything for us, he went more than out of his way to make it a smooth easy stress free process for us. He contacted us daily and kept all stress off our shoulders, He conducted all activities to standards I believe rise above the rest. David used his own personal time also to make sure our sale was done smoothly and well. He worked after hours on some nights beyond 11.30pm to chase paperwork and get the ball rolling. Not once were my partner or I pressured into decisions not once were we stressed not once did we have to do anything. I will never go through another agent again. David from Harcourts Blacktown will be given my highest of recommendations, after the sale of our house my partner and I now only want to buy through him on our next property. Words can not describe the dedication and work ethic that is provided. I'll never use another agent again.
