I'm new to WA, Brad made the whole process very easy. He recommended and helped me to organise a pest and building inspection and a good settlement agent as well. He fully explained the entire process and kept me constantly up to date. He was available at any time when I had questions (even during the end of year Christmas party). Harcouts have been looking after my place in Bayswater for some years. There professional approach to my unit was a job i didn't need to worry about it was all done for me. I highly recommend them. Brad was my salesmen for the unit. From start to finish Brad kept me informed. the unit went on the market for $295K which i was disappointed with, without telling Brad what i was hoping for he rang me and announce he had an offer more than what i was hoping for.
