We would not consider using anyone but Mike. I first spoke to Mike when he responded (within about 30 minutes) to my general email to the agency office looking for help finding a new house in the Kingswood area with some very specific requirements. Throughout the day, 3 other Harcourts agents also got in touch but that gives you the correct impression of Mike - he is on the ball. We had a good chat, he took the time to understand my needs and the story behind them and stayed in touch contacting me about suitable properties about to hit the market. We kept on running into each other because he is so active in the Kingswood/Mitcham area and eventually he gave me an early tip that our perfect home was coming onto the market. We made an offer the night of the previewing. Although we had a fixed amount in mind, Mike’s calm and skilled negotiation saw us stretch and put in our very best offer. His excellent and regular communication guided us clearly through the step to settlement. Due to this positive buying experience and his strategy to get the very best price for his Vendor we engaged Mike to sell our existing home and were in no way disappointed.
