Dear Irene and Jimmy, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you both so very much for your efforts during the sale of my Vermont home. Jimmy, you convinced my daughter and I that you could sell my home on our first meeting and Irene, I could not think of anybody I would prefer to be showing my home and attending to prospective buyers. You both showed me courtesy at all times, meeting personally after every significant event during the sales process, making sure I understood and phoning to update me after every home inspection. Your punctuality was at all times impeccable. I put my trust in both of you to sell my greatest asset and you worked very hard in a difficult market to achieve this end. You are a great team.
