He also went the extra mile by helping us with the purchase of our next property, showing genuine care and dedication beyond simply selling our home. We truly appreciate his support throughout the process. One area that could be improved would be communication around the initial selling price range. We would have appreciated more honest opinions on setting up the initial selling price range. We also feel that the contract-signing process could have been more transparent, with clearer communication upfront about the details before signing.
