Very Good Communicator
Jo had an open for inspection every week. It was a hard time selling houses coming up to Christmas and the Holiday season.It took 2 months to sell.A lovely couple with children bought the house and hope that it will bring them happiness.

Interstate moving made easy
Jo has been absolutely amazing and definitely went the extra mile to ensure a smooth move for us. We were moving from interstate and were a bit behind schedule, the movers got there before we did. When asked Jo was more then willing to attend the residence to let the movers in. We had a couple issues with the house and she quickly looked into them for us. Jo has always been pleasant to deal with and if she was unsure of something (like the local primary school) she was able to ask around and get the info we needed. We would definitely recommend Jo to family and friends. Her pleasant and cheerful attitude is infectious. She makes sure you are not just buying a house but a home. Thanks Jo!
