an agent i'd recommend to others.
jenelle and i got to know each other some time in around 2015. being an offshore investor with limited funds she patiently kept in contact with me over the next 2 years responding but never forcing the issue. during 2016 i became very ill and she stepped up to the plate to actively go beyond any requirements into looking for properties while i was in a crisis. i want to stress that she kept the door open here at a time that many agents might have just walked away from the situation. my ultimately buying a property from her was as much about my needs as it was the professional relationship she offered to me. it has been a pleasure to have bought property based upon her knowledge and awareness of a customers needs alongside the market situation.

I made arrangements to see several homes while I was in Tasmania, I used 3 agents, one was not even will to give me time as they said it was too far, the other two couldn't be more helpful, most of all Jenelle was so willing to show me many homes and talk candidly with me about the houses. I couldn't recommend Jenelle more highly.

Exceptional agent
I needed an exceptional agent as I was planning on buying a property in Tasmania sight unseen. I spoke to various agents and then found Jenelle. She was extremely professional, friendly (not pushy), very on top of all to do with real estate in the region I wished to purchase in, and proved extremely good in quick responses to my queries etc. An excellent communicator.
