Moving a whole houseload of furniture and woodworking machinery, interstate and across the water, alone, was daunting. After purchasing my forever home, after many previous investments, I've been disappointed and saddened by the multiple of thousands of dollars cost involved in fixing multiple issues with my new home that should morally have been disclosed and legally fixed, given that the property purchased had been tenanted through Harcourts Rosebery for the previous year. As someone who has rented and purchased through this real estate over the last 5+ years, I'll also note that any negative feedback is promptly deleted. Owner/buyer beware, please look into other options before choosing Harcourts as in my experience, it will end only in empty pockets and broken spirit. There are many Facebook groups in regards to buying in Tasmania that you can ask for advice. I suggest you do your due diligence in that regard as reviews of first hand experience with Harcourts is worth it's weight in gold.
