Fantastic Agent

In the beginning I didn't believe that his offer will result in a closed deal, because previously the other agent had tried to make a deal with 2 year call option (which I didn't take because it's too risky for me). After 2 weeks singing sales contract, the magic began. I'm really surprised with the end result. Good work, Wayne!

GREAT! Much more than just an Agent

Wayne did show exceptional people skills and market knowledge. I did recognise him as very good friend and advisor. Obviously he was selling a property, but he showed significant understanding and compassion towards hard discussions and decisions. I did note that he was equally good with the vendor too. Dealing with him made one thing very clear he was not going to lie, cheat or be one sided on the story, which is a rarity in this field. I would highly recommend him. Wish him the best!!
