Mikaela responded to a phone call I made regarding commission rates and I never looked back. Turned out she'd be speaking to my husband quite regularly regarding our upcoming sale but I had no idea. I fell in love with Mikaela's very warm personality. She exuded confidence and excitement and she was so credible that we signed up with he on the first visit which she made with Paul. She was responsive and, most importantly, she kept her word. If she said she'd do something, she did. She kept us well informed, encouraged us when we lost confidence and, together with the Harcourt's team, they got me a sale on the day. Thanks Mikaela's for a brilliant job.
