He worked for many years in the building industry prior to making a successful move into real estate in 2000, providing him with valuable insight into the intricacies of the market. Professionalism, market knowledge and communication was excellent

Ron acted as s dual agent for me as as I was selling and buying which meant I was not having to liase between two different agents. What was important for me was that he always kept me informed and up to date with the apartment purchase and the sale of my unit. He brought the two together for me and I was able to settle on the same day. This worked out extremely well as financially I was in a better position.

Superb Job

We originally purchased the property through an add by Ron Harding in 2019 and found him to to be very professional ,courteous and felt like some one you can trust. When we came to sell the property we didn't consider anyone else because of the way Ron treated us when we bought it. Once the Agent agreement was signed Ron immediately went to work on the marketing plan and getting the property ready for sale. This process went very quickly and the property was sold within a week of going to market. Ron was very professional and very easy to get on with and handled every thing exceptional well. We can highly recommend Ron Harding as a very professional trusting agent to sell your property .

Always a great experience when dealing with Ron!

I have known Ron for more than ten years now and he is more than simply my, and my family's, go-to real estate agent, he is a friend. Ron is a very competent and knowledable agent and a heck of a salesman. Ron has a wide circle of professional contacts too and I have never gone wrong when dealing with the people and teams who I have been referred to by Ron e.g. Town Planners, Home Loan Professionals, Building Designers, Conveyancers, Letting Agents etc.. Ron is assiduous in his dealings with property vendors - one always knows what is happening with open house viewings and offers to purchase. Ron does not over-promise or under-deliver. He is a straight up, honest guy and what you see is what you get!

Brilliant!!

My wife and I engaged Ron to sell our property after receiving a very good recommendation from a friend. We were located interstate and therefore needed to rely heavily on the agent’s expertise and integrity to manage the process on our behalf. From the very first point of contact we were extremely satisfied with Ron’s professionalism and genuine interest to act in our best interest.
