Beck gave us a clear understanding of the costs involved in selling, attended the property photography session, shared images of all advertising and generally allayed fears and calmed feelings of anxiety. She kept us "in the loop", answered phone calls, texts and emails same day. There were no admin staff or answering services to go through.
