I have purchased and sold a few properties, so have experienced different real estate agents. Ryan and his agency have been the best so far. The property has a few problems that are out of my control before it could be sold. Ryan has been extremely helpful in solving the problems for me. He has always been saying 'do not worry, I can deal with it.' And it turned out that I did not need to worry about anything. He has liaised on my behalf with all kinds of parties. Many problems required annoying forth and back communications, but he has been supportive and active all along the way. He went miles beyond what a real estate agent needs to do (for the commission that I have paid) to help me out with the problems. Besides, he was extremely smart in matching the property with appropriate buyers. The case turned out to be a win-win for both me and the buyer. I cannot image it would have been going this smoothly without the powerful and professional handling of Ryan. This being said, Ryan is a very honest person. Ryan was always very pleasant, professional and communicated well during the period our property was on the market. However, prior purchasing the property we had performed our own comparable market research and believed that $500 000 would be at the top-end of our expected sale price. We were surprised that the agent's estimate selling price range of $500,000 - $540,000. We did not get an offer on the property until around week four and reluctantly agreed on a sale price of $472,500,00 which was just over our break-even point. In hindsight perhaps the property should have been marketed more to Sydney buyers. We felt it was a premium 'looking' property. This was our first investment property purchase and renovation project and realise that there there were more aspects that we needed to learn about the entire experience and process from start to finish.. We would quite happily work with Ryan again.

I could not be more thankful that Mick was the selling agent on this property. I had numerous financial roadblocks throughout the process that left the vendors to make very difficult decisions around their ability to progress with the contract. Mick was very fair and importantly to me, listened to the context around my financial roadblocks, which were bank related rather than my ability to cover the loan. He was very professional in his negotiations with the vendors and solely due to his ability to manage all parties the contract was secured. Thanks a lot Mick
