excellent service. he had an enormous knowledge of local, historical information about sales in the area which allowed me to make a sensible assessment of what i could expect. he was quick to respond to all of my phone calls and worked quickly with my conveyancer. the house was sold quickly and when it fell through he had another buyer waiting just in case. within minutes my property was sold again. the potential stress of this situation was limited and brief. he was professional in all dealings and i would recommend this agent to any future vendor. you would not be disappointed.

I have been seriously searching for a unit for at least six months and researching the market for at six months before that. This unit that Anne was selling finally fitted the criteria perfectly. We only have high praise for Anne, for her time, assistance and everything she did to achieve the sale during a very difficult time for our family. With having to sell our deceased daughter's investment property Anne's input and management of selling the property was invaluable. The only thing we would have done differently would have been to style the property at the beginning as it may have enabled the positive result Anne helped achieve possibly occur sooner.
