There was no sales spiel, simply professional, well educated advice and honesty. At her recommendation, the house was given a freshen up for good presentation, furniture rented via a company she was able to put us in contact with, and we took up her recommendation on advertising and marketing. Our expectation was for a sale within the first month and to achieve market price. With Andreas help, we had multiple offers, and the house sold at what we considered a premium in the first week of advertising. Prior to sale we were extended all market information, and post sale our hand was held all the way to settlement.
