Responsive and supportive to tenants.

Peace of Mind

Great Professional Service
Sexton Glover Watts have managed our investment property in Mount Barker since 2012. In that time, we have never been without a tenant. The tenants we have had have been excellent, chosen carefully by a property management company who have shown they care about their clients' properties. The Property Managers we have had have always communicated well with us, giving us helpful advice and keeping us updated on any issues that needed attention. Great agency!
For two and a half years SGW have managed my property. The communication has always been good and any problems with the tenants or property have been relayed to me quickly. Rent was always paid on time and I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone!

Fast, efficient, professional.
