Sale of Property in Summertown
The sale was quicker than expected. We wanted a low key approach, no advertising, no signs etc. Paul organised a couple of prospective buyers to view and the sale was handed professionally . Paul’s advice regarding house preparation for sale was excellent without us having to go overboard. Negotiations through Paul were smooth and trouble free with clear and timely communications and all parties satisfied with the result. Our place required sale of farm machinery and knowledge of local agriculture and a local agent was preferred and Paul was obviously up to the task. We would recommend Paul to anyone wishing to choose a knowledgeable and honest agent. Phil and Marg Lawrence. Summertown.

Would trust as a buyer and a seller
I look back on my emails and see the first one to Paul in October 2018, thanking him for coming out to see our property with an eye to sell. But even then, due to an ongoing boundary division, we knew it might be a bit protracted. Two and a half years later, thoroughly beaten down by false hopes and delays, we finally sold our property with Paul himself as the auctioneer, wrangling 26 registered bidders. He thoroughly outperformed. This was, in fact, his first time as auctioneer, but I went in with very few doubts. "You have," I said in the weeks before the auction, "a certain... self-confidence.". He cheekily corrected me: "It's called charisma." Paul was patient with us throughout the entire process, never expressing frustration, always optimistic and willing to help out where he could, including arranging for contractors to perform improvements on the land that were needed. Not only that, I saw clear signs that although always doing his best for us, he was not doing so at the cost of honesty and integrity with all the interested buyers. For this reason I would as confident buying a property from Paul as I would selling, which is a rare thing. Thanks Paul for all your efforts.
