Kent’s market knowledge was sound and reflected a good understanding of a difficult market environment whilst our property was for sale. He was very efficient in beginning the sale process, but we sometimes felt we needed more communication following open inspections. He often made himself available to supervise the maintenance of the property when workmen were required, which no doubt assisted with presentation of the property. We did appreciate his efforts to secure a vendor and the final process of sale was completed effectively.
