Simply the best!!
Sold 1st open!! Paul was great right from the start. He listened to what I wanted and how we could achieve that together. He gave me true honesty in what needed to be done and we did it. He has great communication through out the whole process and always answered my questions and returned my calls. Nothing was ever too much. A true professional. If I know someone who is selling, then I will encourage them to meet Paul as I know they won't be disappointed

Good Agent
Paul is a good knowledgeable agent. He communicates well and kept us updated throughout the process. He tried hard to get us the top dollar but fell short. Thats the only reason for a 4 star rating.

Fantastic Agent with Amanda's backup
From the word "go" we knew Matt was the agent for us. He sat down with us and gave us an honest opinion on what he expected us to get for the house and he was spot on, getting the upper limit after 1 open (nearly 50 groups went through at that open). This was truly more than we had hoped for. Nothing was too much for him or Amanda and the follow-up was professional and thorough. I am confident Matt and his team would work just as hard for anyone planning to put their house on the market.

Absolute Gentleman
From the beginning of my decision to sell my property and meet with agents I was sceptical on who to choose. I met with 4 agents, what stood out with Paul was his personality and professionalism. He actually listened to my needs and new where the market was sitting. Through the whole process, Paul's team at Harcourts were huge on communication I was never left in the dark and would have conversations with them daily on anything regard the processes they're taking to get a result.
