Simon was there at all times, anytime during the sale process. If there was ever any questions, he was only ever a phone call away, even when on a family holiday. He ran the open inspections over the new year weekend, when most other agents were on holidays. He was very understanding and respectful of the situation I was in, and how it was a difficult process for me to sell. His knowledge of the market was incredible and very reassuring. As part of the process of selection we interviewed several agents. Simon stood out head & shoulders above the others - he thoroughly inspected the house & land, asked relevant questions regarding property maintenance / improvements / property boundaries / etc. Simon identified the property history as a potential point of interest & directed us to a local historian who assisted with research. Simon also assisted with providing contacts to someone who greatly assisted with presenting the house in a fantastic manner during the sale process.
