Very Professional and genuine service
Right from the start Simon provided a level of professional service that is rarely seen in service industries, he is just brilliant at what he does, I could not recommend him enough to sell a property. He is obviously very experienced and his hard work has paid off as he makes selling properties look easy and communicates promptly without bombarding you with information that you don't need to know. Selling a property is a stressful time and I will be forever grateful to Simon for making my life much easier.

A very quick and good sale.
Thanks to Simon's obviously large pool of interested/potential buyers he seemed to have spread interest quickly and efficiently which resulted in a quick and very good /pleasing sale. His planning, information and follow-up was quick and inclusive and his assistance in informing about other potential help, e.g.stylist, and his coordinating role of such services was much appreciated. His attitude was very optimistic and proved to be realistic also in his projection of the potential of our house re sales price. Simon had a very good photographer on hand and his description of our property was exhaustive and well written and would have created a high degree of interest. We have and still do enjoy and appreciate his help.

What A Relief!
After 32 years of living in the Adelaide Hills and accumulating mountains of junk, I was very worried when I entered the confronting arena of real estate. Simon Mackie was my realtor from LJ Hooker Stirling. He was an approachable and practical person who had a game plan worked out for the place after our first meeting. He suggested a general tidy up of the wood and metal collection and introduced me to a suitable metal dealer. He kept in regular contact with me over several months as the property gradually became more presentable. I was most apprehensive when he suggested a late winter sales campaign due to a lack of available stock and good buyer activity in my area. He pulled everything together magnificently with online advertising, including a drone flight overview of my difficult 22 acre property. He got a good editorial in the local hills Courier as well. He opened 2 days over a weekend with a very successful showing and within the following week we had a contract that exceeded my hopes. He certainly was a master of judging the "pulse" of the market and very efficient at closing a sale. Thank you Simon!
