Hardest working agent ever who gets results!
My wife and I couldn't rate Kathleen any higher. After struggling to get a single offer over 3 months with another agent in a tough market and becoming very frustrated at the lack of communication, Kathleen confidently and energetically provided a new and fresh marketing approach, refurnished the house, had her son and a friend move a desk to a different room to "create" a fourth bedroom, took better "twilight" photographs, and had it sold within 2 weeks with three interested parties. We were left with no doubt that she was the difference!
