I have been dealing with Harris Tripp for just about a week now after moving into my new place. They have been fantastic thus far. I was provided with all relevant documentation and keys upon my arrival at the office last Friday and, after settling in and completing my condition report, noted a number of issues that weren't major but would have been nice to rectify. Within 24 hours, my property manager Jorja came back to me with a detailed list of every action they would take to resolve each issue; including going well above and beyond what my expectations were. I hope this level of support continues as it is genuinely the best I have received in my ~10 years of renting properties.

I had a great experience with Joseph leasing out my property. He was professional, responsive and very easy to work with throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent. Joseph was always very transparent and thorough with the information he provided, kept me updated throughout the process, and responded quickly whenever I had questions. As a first-time landlord, I had quite a few questions along the way, and he was always incredibly patient in explaining everything clearly. I also really appreciated that he never pressured me into making a decision. He made sure I was comfortable, while giving me clear and practical advice so I could make an informed choice. We ended up securing a great tenant after the very first open home, at a rent above the asking price, which I’m extremely happy with. The whole experience was much smoother and less stressful than I expected. I’m very happy to have Joseph managing my property going forward and would definitely recommend him to other landlords.

Jorja has always been extremely responsive. If I called and she couldn’t answer, she would call me as soon as she was. There were some issues when I first moved in, some work had not yet been finished, and she organised it all to be finished within the hour. Very professional and would highly recommend her.

Despite some challenges with my recent tenant, I found Jasmin & the Harris Tripp team to be very responsive and congnisant of the need to expedite repairs and maintenance to get the property re-let. Communication was excellent and once we put the property on the market, it was leased very quickly. I feel the team assessed the incoming tenant thoroughly and I am comfortable with the new arrangements.
