I had a great experience with Joseph leasing out my property. He was professional, responsive and very easy to work with throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent. Joseph was always very transparent and thorough with the information he provided, kept me updated throughout the process, and responded quickly whenever I had questions. As a first-time landlord, I had quite a few questions along the way, and he was always incredibly patient in explaining everything clearly. I also really appreciated that he never pressured me into making a decision. He made sure I was comfortable, while giving me clear and practical advice so I could make an informed choice. We ended up securing a great tenant after the very first open home, at a rent above the asking price, which I’m extremely happy with.
