It was a pleasure to deal with Adem and team at Harris Tripp. It took less than 3 days for my newly purchased property to be leased, from receiving the keys on a Thursday, the ad went straight up, open home organised for the Saturday and by the Sunday I had already secured a high quality tenant. I was amazed at how quick, smooth and seamless the process was. As a first time landlord, Adem took time to answer my many questions was very responsive and so helpful. He even went over and picked up the mail! I highly recommend Harris Tripp.
