As a seller I had an excellent experience and can highly recommend real estate agents Michael Poynting and Josh Elliot of Harris Tripp Summer Hill. I was selling an art deco apartment in Summer Hill for a friend who needed to achieve the best possible sale price to fund moving into a retirement village. Prior to appointing Michael and Josh they offered excellent advice on which improvements to make and the respective cost/benefits on improvements. After appointing them, they offered trade contacts and they managed the styling and marketing process to prepare the property for sale. They acted quickly to show the property pre-market and handled every inspection diligently until settlement. Michael handled final negotiations skillfully, ultimately achieving a sale price I was very happy with. Michael and Josh's clear and timely communication kept me well informed throughout the entire process.
