Both Hope and Michael were extremely knowledgable and professional during the high stress of our campaign at a difficult time. They slipped seamlessly into 'lockdown' mode and reassured us at every stage that this was something that they had encountered previously and in the end did not impede the result of our sale which was fantastic.
