We were about to bid on another property and in the few days before the auction Michael showed us this house and it was exactly what we were after and more. He helped us view the house at a time that suited us and communicated with his team exactly what we needed and allowed us to remove the auction stress by accepting offers pre. He recognised our keen interest and kept us informed of other party movements. Totally professional and we didn’t once feel like we were fed false information like we have in the past with other agencies. Thank you to Sharon for her professional and patient advice and assistance selling our Sydney apartment. We were unable to be in Sydney at the time and Sharon managed the entire process from start to finish juggling the needs and expectations of the tenant/prospective purchasers/vendors during covid restrictions. Her timely feedback and communication skills were such that we never felt left out of the process even from 800kms away and the results she achieved were excellent.
