Recently helped us to sell a brand new Duplex

Michael a very caring and knowledgeable agent.
Michael has been like a caring midwife all the way through this rather complicated and delicate process of selling the little flat I inherited from my dad a few years back. Michael's knowledge of the market, his excellent listening and communication skills and his carefully formulated and intelligent suggestions have led to the safe sale of the flat in record time, and in really good conditions. He is totally trustworthy and seems to be so concerned that you allow yourself, in the best sense of the term, to be guided by his very generous and precise approach. An agent to trust

Extremely happy with my experience.
Sharon showed a deep knowledge of current market trends that reflected my properties position in the market place. She was willing to explore every avenue available in order to get the best possible selling price for us. One particular quality that stood out to me was her initiative to always be adjusting the campaign as it went along subject to buyer feedback and interest. Extremely professional, a delight to deal with.
Selecting an agent to sell your home is no easy task. The consequences of getting it wrong can be significant, both financially and emotionally. I decided to use Sharon after meeting with three local agents. I selected Sharon over the other two based on how she presented, ie her knowledge of the area, her honest feedback on my home and how I could make improvements and her but overall professional style and the rapport that she builds. When selecting an agent you also think about how prospective sellers will relate to the agent. I had no doubt that those viewing my property would receive the best of service. At all times I felt I was in safe hands, I never doubted that she was working hard to sell my home for the best price. The whole experience from beginning to the end was stress free.
