Selling through the time of COVID-19 felt a bit risky. There was a huge amount of interest in my beautiful little one-bedroom apartment, but in spite of requesting contracts, making return visits and expressing enthusiasm, people seemed reluctant to make the leap, the commitment. No one knew what the future held, including their employment prospects. It’s difficult to maintain confidence in an environment like this. But Jay did it. The process took longer than I’d hoped, but through the entire time Jay exuded the most reassuring professional calm. For me, this was enormously supportive.
