Selling through the time of COVID-19 felt a bit risky. There was a huge amount of interest in my beautiful little one-bedroom apartment, but in spite of requesting contracts, making return visits and expressing enthusiasm, people seemed reluctant to make the leap, the commitment. No one knew what the future held, including their employment prospects. It’s difficult to maintain confidence in an environment like this. But Jay did it. The process took longer than I’d hoped, but through the entire time Jay exuded the most reassuring professional calm. For me, this was enormously supportive. He had it in hand, and successfully achieved a good price. Even when the buyers had difficulty organising their finances, Jay kept the process on track, navigating changes when their hold ups would have had us settling on Christmas Day(!). I find buying and selling quite stressful, but working with Jay was a sheer pleasure. Thanks Jay!

Jay is a very knowledgeable and most of all polite and transparent agent. He is a great facilitor of this transaction and someone we would trust with our own property sell in the future. Jay showed us a couple of properties and both had achieved excellent results. Jay was very friendly and polite to us in every interaction. He presented the information of the property with fact and represented the vendors well. He was very transparent with information about the house and reasons of selling. He was also responsive and able to organise last minute inspection. We were able to ascertain our position and preference because of the opportunity to view this georgeous property within a short time window. Througout the process, he represented the vendors well and had their best interest in mind. Both my husband and I are very impressed with him manner and his approach having had bad experience with agent for the selling of our own property.
