Covid 19 restrictions came into place just after we decided to sell.Our tenant had left by arrangement. Jay was calm and helpful and worked very hard for us.We went ahead with private sale ,inspection by appointment. Jay rang when he said he would and reported all interest and inspections in a timely way. We are entirely satisfied with his work in difficult circumstances and happy with the outcome.
