Michael was honest and forthright and his integrity in dealing with us was of the highest standard. He was informative, communicated all the facts about the property and gave us the opportunity to view this property outside regular business hours. He actually took time away from his family to accommodate our request for an inspection. I would recommend Michael to any seller, or buyer, as he has integrity, honesty and goes beyond to assist all parties. While protecting his client's interests (Seller) , he nevertheless sought to assist us (buyers) in securing the property at the first instance, and even getting the Solicitor for the Vendor to go through the Contract for Sale Terms and Conditions to ensure everyone was aware.
