Jordan was great to work with and with his colleague Joey Di Perna. From the start he helped with positioning the property, cost-effective styling tips and how to manage the sales campaign. He was respectful, knowledgeable and professional through the process. He kept me well informed, with either him or Joey calling me after every home open to explain the groups who had come through and the interest. He checked in prior to opens as well as arranging the private inspections so it was all very clear what was happening. When it came towards the end of the campaign they successfully negotiated with interested parties to get a result I was very happy with. I could confidently leave the process in his hands.
