Although Jay and his team do not usually sell property in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Jay had a great understanding of the market there and was always confident of achieving a sale at a good price that would be acceptable to me. He developed a detailed fully costed marketing plan in consultation with me and always sought my my opinion and approval to any changes to that plan. I was always kept informed of the current status of the sale and of any offers being made. He achieved a very good price after a lot of hard work and professional negotiating, all done in an honest and ethical way.

All the stats can prove Michael is the top sales agent in Summer Hill. When it comes to my property, the situation has been very difficult given the rampant rise of interest rates plus general weakness in that part of the area. However Michael has no complaint and worked tirelessly with me over the last 12 months to get the deal done. It eventually happened at the right time. A good agent should not just be defined by the top price he/she could fetch.
