Honest, Reliable & Friendly!
We really appreciated how open and honest Michael was about the property and current market from the get go. He was always happy to answer any questions, arrange extra private inspections and communicated clearly throughout the whole campaign. Professional and proactive service
Michael was at all times proactive and professional in managing the sale of my property. He worked hard to bring my tenants on the journey and while there were a few hiccups he handled it well and things were addressed and resolved. He also worked hard to get me a price I was comfortable with. He listened to me and respected my approach and provided advice when I asked.

A terrific strategist and has a very winning personality
I have nothing but praise for Jay and Natalie. They are a terrific team and from the moment they took on the challenge of selling our block of flats, they were fully committed to the task. Jay is a terrific strategist and has a very winning personality. I couldn't think of anyone I'd prefer to sell my property in this area. He promised that we'd get a certain price and he exceeded it.
