I can highly recommend Matt Viney as your next real estate agent. We chose Matt’s agency Tripp Harris for their local knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism shown my Matt and Carol Ann Niven in their initial meeting to sell our property. They also provided realistic estimate of the sale price and gave valuable advice as to what needed to be done to the property to achieve the best price. We were not disappointed with their efforts. Matt in particular greatly assisted in organising and co-ordinating the various trade people. During the marketing phase Matt kept us constantly informed as to the progress and ultimately worked hard to secure a satisfactory outcome in what were challenging market conditions.
