Carly came highly recommended to me by my son who had sold a property recently by Carly and was very impressed by the results achieved. I was impressed from our first meeting with her knowledge of the area and sales plan. Being unable to have the house prepared before Xmas as hoped we settled on a mid January campaign. After two opens and 4 days on the market Carly had 10 contracts and a far better return than I could have hoped for. A very short settlement and no delays has been great.
