Genuine and Professional
Kate was always quick to get back to me with any questions I had after the initial open inspection, nothing was too much trouble for her. There was a huge amount of interest in the property, but Kate’s calm and professional approach was much appreciated amidst all the stress that comes with negotiating such an important personal transaction. Once I had signed a contract, Kate communicated with me regularly to make sure everything was on track. I would not hesitate to have Kate represent me if I ever wish to sell my home.

Wonderfull well done it Carly!
I was very pleased with Carly. Communication was great. Fantastic advertising. Several offers after one inspection! Carly sold my home to a young couple who announced their engagement on settlement day. So sweet. Carly sent me a pic of the young man going down on one knee proposing on the day of settlement in their new home. Love is still around. Well done Carly. Congratulation to the lovely buyers.
