From the moment Jules visited my home her knowledge of the local market, her professionalism in how to present a home was clearly evident. Initially she spent over an hour answering any questions and passing her knowledge onto me. From the time we signed the paperwork Jules went straight to work. Photos and videos were completed quickly. Her communication was excellent, always asking how I was and supporting me fully. Phone calls were almost daily to see if there was anything I needed and keeping me up to date. Jules attended a whole morning prior to my first open assisting with styling the home and relieving the stress with her wonderful sense of humor and fun. She even coped very well with my young dog who was always trying to assist. Opens went smoothly and Jules was clearly building a relationship with possible vendors. It certainly didn’t take long from start to finish with this sale and I believe this is due to a remarkable sales person who could warm to anyone and receive the same in return.
