We were not just a number
Chris recognised us at our second open with him and took time to talk through our questions and engage. Anything we asked that he was unsure of he followed up with owners and let us know very quickly. He organised for our two families(seeker and buyers) to meet and celebrate the contract as it was a family home to a new family home. I knew there was no hidden agenda with Chris and he and his team are authentic- helpful and engaging!! Thank you for making a difficult time - quite fun!!

Helps achieve dreams
Chris Cotton has been a god send in achieving our dreams. Chris played a significant role in both the purchasing our new home and the sale of our existing home. Throughout both processes, Chris kept us up to date, was always open to any questions and discussions we felt were important, and was always extremely easy to deal with as a person. His knowledge of the market, understanding of the required processes, and ability in passing that experience onto us in a simplified manner, made us feel very comfortable throughout.
